David Chapman did an absolute marvellous job on selling our house. After our initial meeting David provided us with information on new MLS listings in our area so we were able to compare the values of these properties against ours. As first time home buyers, who have been in Calgary for less than a year; to say that buying a home in Calgary was daunting, is a significant understatement. We shopped around for several realtors trying to find a realtor who seemed to take an interest in our needs, and who we could trust to give us the answers to questions we didn't even know to ask. When we met David, what most impressed us about this tour wasn't his enthusiasm, or his plethora of information about Calgary Real Estate; but rather it was that he really took the time to walk though houses, find what we liked and didn't like, educate us about the process and advise us on which aspects to pay closer attention to.
